Dr. Luisa Graziani joins as President & Chairman alongside CEO Antonio Aitoro and Secretary Matteo Colafrancesco.
GenomSys announced its newly appointed Board leadership, established on
July 9th, 2024. Three executives now form the core of the
company’s governance:
Dr. Ing. Antonio Aitoro — Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Matteo Colafrancesco — Secretary
Dr. Luisa Graziani — President & Chairman
GenomSys expressed gratitude to Graziani, CEO of lead investor ROMED SpA,
acknowledging “her strong and increasing commitment in the Company and for
her continuous energetic support.”
The company also highlighted the significance of having female leadership at
the organisational helm, and committed to “continue to boost our presence
in the healthcare SW arena leveraging the MPEG‑G ISO/IEC 23092 genomic
international standard and our integrated platform.”
